Try our best Swedish spa package for a real Swedish experience at Centralbadet Spa in Stockholm.

This package includes a visit to our spa (for up to 3,5h) with gym, pools, saunas and roof terrace. Completed with a Classic Swedish massage and a classic toast Skagen in the beautiful garden restaurant Ecobaren. 

 
Welcome to one of Stockholms beautiful historical spas, central in Stockholm City, at Drottninggatan 88 – at the end of the garden.
 
 
During the day you have access to the following: 
 
• Enjoy swimming in the historical swimmingpool, built in 1904, in Art Nouveau style. 
 
• Soak up some sun on the roof terrace, or in the restaurant. You can always find the sun at Centralbadet, even a rainy or cloudy day (open from when Ecobaren restaurant opens, at 11am, all year around).
 
• Spa pools. In the roman bath area you will find jacuzzi, thermal bath, cold pool and Kneipp bath (for the blood circulation). 
 
• Get your heart rate up in the gym inside or outside on the roof. Studio Andrum is also open for yoga, by yourself, when not occupied. 
 
• Enjoy five different types of saunas – Infrared (IR), steam room, Nordic, herbal/crystal and singing dunes (desert sauna). 
 
• A Swedish massage is a very relaxing massage with oil. Good to relief stress and muscle pain. Get the oxytocin flowing and get you back on track, ready to enjoy Stockholm.  
 
• Toast Skagen is a classic swedish summer dish, perfect for warmer days. Served at restaurant Ecobaren inside in the orangery or in the beautiful garden outside.
