Chant once a month with ceremonial cacao

The Cosmic Choir is a transformative group experience where we connect with our inner selves through collective singing, uniting our voices in timeless Sanskrit chants from Gaiea Sanskrit’s inspiring repertoire.
If you’re drawn by the enchanting sounds of chanting in Sanskrit and would like to discover the Cosmic Choir in Stockholm, you’re invited to attend these 6 monthly Sunday sessions, running from Jan 2025 to June 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00.
Cacao will be offered to enhance this experience and in reverence to the heart from where we sing.

Dates:
Jan 26, One session tester if you are curious before committing to the course.
The course: feb 16, march 23, April 27, may 25, June 8
During the sessions, I will teach you the songs and mantras, complemented by an exploration of movement and hand gestures, known as mudras.

Each session will be audio recorded, allowing you to practise and immerse yourself further between our meetings if you wish so.

Pauline Reibell:
A yoga facilitator and dancer, Pauline is drawn to forms that deepen her love for movement and her search for truth and freedom, such as Indian classical dance Bharata Natyam, Ashtanga yoga, Argentine tango, frame drumming, and voice work. Moved by ancient rituals, Pauline founded Mantra & Mudra, an explorative practice to embody the timeless Sanskrit chants along with self-inquiry. Her “heart project,” starting with the Stockholm Cosmic Choir, aims to merge voices in a collective prayer for peace and remembrance. Pauline is inspired to transcend concepts and stories to enable free expression, improvisation, and open curiosity for the different forms that allow us to play, connect, and expand.
